What does shipping cost?
Standard shipping is entirely free of charge - worldwide.

 

How long does delivery take?
Orders normally take about 3-4 weeks to arrive in the US and Europe. 

 

Can I change/cancel an order?
Once an order has been placed, we are unable to cancel it. However, we usually find a solution for every case, therefore please send us an email if you would like to change or cancel an order.

 

Which payment options do you provide?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express and Paypal.

 

 

Can I return an item?
If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please send us an email within 14 days of receiving your order. Please look at Returns & Exchanges for more information.

 

Why have I not received an order confirmation?
Always be sure that your email address is correct as an incorrect email address is the most common reason for not receiving an order confirmation. It may also be that your email provider has a SPAM filter that blocks certain emails. As such, please kindly check your Spam/Junk folder to see if our emails have ended up there. If you are still unable to find it, please contact customer service to check that your order has gone through.

 

What countries do you ship to?
We deliver to most of the countries. If you cannot find your home country in the drop down at the checkout, please contact customer service and we will try to find a solution for you.
